first download cm10 & fastboot 
step 1- to download cm10 click on the link

step 2- before you install cm 10 you will have to unlock bootloader
to unlock bootloader click on link

(1)click on select your device.then click on all other supported model
(2)follow these st
(1) copy cm 10 file to phone 
(2) turn off phone 
(3) press volume down key +  power key hold it for 20-30 seconds 
(4) phone will start in fastboot mode 
(5) select fastboot & press power button (don't hold it) 
(6) connect your phone to pc via usb cable
(7) then go fastboot folder 
(8) hold shift button & press right click. click on the open command window here
(9) type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
(10) type fastboot flash boot boot.img
(11) disconnect your phone from pc
(12) restart phone in fastboot mode press volume down key & select recovery
(13) choose apply update from sd card
(14) then select zip from sdcard
(15) select cm10 file 
(16) after installation restart your phone
